What are your prices?

Our prices are subject to change depending on supply and other market factors. We will send you an updated price list after your company contact us for further information.

Do you have a minimum order quantity?

Yes, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. If you are looking to resell but in much smaller quantities, we recommend you check out our website

Can you OEM or ODM?

Yes, we have strong developing team. The products can be made according to your request.

Can you supply the relevant documentation?

Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where required.

What is the average lead time?

For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union or PayPal:
30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.

What is the product warranty?

We warranty our materials and workmanship. Our commitment is to your satisfaction with our products. In warranty or not, it is the culture of our company to address and resolve all customer issues to everyone’s satisfaction

Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?

Yes, we always use high quality export packaging. We also use specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature sensitive items. Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.

How about the shipping fees?

The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By seafreight is the best solution for big amounts. Exactly freight rates we can only give you if we know the details of amount, weight and way. Please contact us for further information.

Are Zhilin batteries good?

It depends on the purpose for which the batteries are being used. If the batteries will be used for a project that requires them to be replaced often, then it may be best to purchase a cheaper brand of Zhilin batteries.

If the batteries will be used for a project that requires them to last a lot longer, then it may be best to purchase a more expensive brand of Zhilin batteries. The most important thing is to do your research before you make a purchase.

How long do Zhilin batteries last?

Batteries last for a long time. In fact, many brand new batteries can last up to two years! It all depends on how they are used. If they're stored in a hot climate, they will drain faster. Batteries can have a shelf life of up to 10 years if they're not being used.

If you're unsure about how long a battery will last, write down the date that you purchased it. When you're ready for a new one, you can look back at the purchase date to see how long it lasted. our battery normally supporting 1500 cycle recharging, 5 years life span.

Are USB rechargeable batteries any good?

USB rechargeable batteries are great to have in a pinch, but they're only good for backup purposes. When they're fresh out of the package, they're charged, but they lose their charge over time. This means that by the time you actually need them, they will have lost a significant amount of power.

One way that you can ensure that they're always in prime condition is to store them in a cool, dry place with little light so that they don't drain their power. Overall, they're great to have, but you need to make sure you have enough in case you need them.

Are USB AA batteries worth it?

USB AA batteries are rechargeable. This makes them useful for items that are used often. If you are using a lot of batteries, it is better to have a USB AA battery charger.

You can put the batteries in the charger and forget about them until you need to use them. This is a great option for usage in a remote location. They are easy to find and are useful for a variety of devices. They are also easy on the wallet.

Is it possible that this is a lithium-ion battery?

It is a lithium-ion rechargeable battery. The chemistry is different. There is circuitry built-in to reduce the 3.6 volts of a Li-Ion battery to the 1.5 volts of an AA battery.

Will these batteries work with a pepper grinder with a motor? It simply has to run for 10 seconds at a time!

These are designed to function similarly to ordinary AA batteries, except you can recharge them by plugging them into nearly any USB power source.

Will they charge in a Uniden scanner, or will they need to be set separately?

What is the product's shelf life? Lithium batteries, according to my knowledge, last 10 to 20 years.

You can recharge them. This item is not like non-rechargeable lithium batteries, 1500 times cycle recharging and 5 years life span at least.

A cable for the charger is not shown or indicated on the site. Is there a power cord included?

There is no power cable included. It charges using a micro USB cable. We use our Samsung Galaxy 5 charging cable for this, and it works well.

 

Is it capable of charging 18650 lithium-ion batteries?

For 18650 batteries, SINJEE also use micro USB device.
